This user agreement defines the terms of use of the Rezina.in.ua website. By visiting the website and making purchases, you agree to the rules below and undertake to comply with them.

1.1. This agreement governs the relationship between the administration of the Rezina.in.ua website and users.
1.2. The administration reserves the right to change the terms of the transaction without prior notice.

2.1. To place an order, the user can register or make a purchase without registration.

3. Placing and paying for the order

3.1. The user can place an order through the website basket or by phone.
3.2. Payment is possible in cash upon receipt, by bank transfer or online payment.

4. Delivery and returns

4.1. Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine according to the conditions specified on the page Delivery and payment .
4.2. The User has the right to return the product within 14 days in accordance with the Return and Exchange Rules .

5. Responsibility of the parties

5.1. The site administration is not responsible for temporary failures in the site’s operation that arise for independent reasons.
5.2. The User undertakes to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to violate the rights of third parties.

6. Intellectual property

7. Final Provisions

7.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Extended Warranty

How to use the extended warranty?

To file a claim after a warranty event, you must immediately contact the call center. If the tire has been significantly damaged, the customer pays for delivery to our service center.

You can also contact a repair shop in your city. In this case, the cost of the work will be reimbursed by check (we hope that you will not artificially inflate the amount). Our experts must assess the damage, so they will ask you to take a high-quality photo of the damaged area for repair.

The Extended Warranty period is one year from the date of purchase of the tyres, provided that the remaining tread depth is at least 4 mm.

It should be clarified that it is standard practice to repair damaged tires. Only if the product cannot be repaired or if it will create a danger when used in the future, the tires will be replaced with new ones. There is a risk that at the time of consideration of the claim there will be no such tires in stock. In this case, we will offer an equivalent exchange for a similar model.

Cases of damage to tires as a result of improper use, careless driving or deliberate vandalism are considered non-warranty.

When selecting a new set of tires, car owners must always check the vehicle's operating manual. Otherwise, it is very easy to make mistakes and choose tires with inappropriate width and profile height parameters. It is also important to follow the car manufacturer's recommendations regarding internal tire pressure. Exceeding or, conversely, understating the standard pressure entails uneven tread wear and significant defects.

Drivers have to be especially careful on roads with poor quality surfaces. Tires can be damaged as a result of careless driving over curbs and shoulders, sharp edges of holes and potholes.

Warranty repairs will be free for you if you strictly adhere to the seasonality of the tires. The period of operation of winter tires begins when the average daily temperature drops to +7-5 °C. Summer tires can be used when night frosts cease, and the minimum daytime temperature reaches at least +10 °C.

To summarize, here are the main situations when the Extended Warranty is invalid:

intentional damage to tires (regardless of who is the initiator, the consumer or a third party);
installation of passenger car tires on the wheels of light commercial vehicles (minibuses, vans or oversized trucks);
equipping a vehicle with tires that are not the correct size (profile width and height, seat diameter);
overloading a vehicle, transporting too heavy a load or a large number of passengers without coordinating with the model's loading index;
abuse of extreme driving techniques (sharp starts and emergency braking, entering turns at high speed).

If your tires were damaged for the reasons stated, the claim will not be satisfied.
