Return and exchange policy
The online store rezina.in.ua carries out returns and exchanges of goods in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
Conditions for return of goods
The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order if:
the product has not been used;
the presentation, integrity of the packaging, markings and labels are preserved;
the product does not show any signs of installation or use;
a document confirming the purchase (sales receipt, invoice, etc.) has been saved.
Tires mounted on a rim have been used or show signs of use and cannot be returned or exchanged .
Conditions for exchange of goods
Exchange is possible if:
the product did not fit the characteristics (for example, size, seasonality);
the product has not been used;
There is an alternative product in stock.
The exchange is made after the return and inspection of the condition of the goods.
Procedure for return or exchange
Contact our manager to agree on the details of return or exchange.
Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Send the goods to the specified address after agreement with the manager.
After receiving and checking the goods, the funds will be returned or exchanged.
Shipping cost
The cost of delivery of goods in case of return or exchange is paid by the buyer.
